The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Past experience - Major works on hand - Technical personnel - Financial capacity - Method of construction equipment proposed to be used - Method of Dewatering The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. - A minimum value of Rs. 50 lakhs for works of similar nature and magnitude completed during the last 7 years. - At least one similar work of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the work, with a minimum value of Rs. 12 crores. - At least two similar works in the last five years, with a minimum value of Rs. 6 crores each. - A minimum of 60% completion rate for the works mentioned in the schedule.
