The bidder is required to have prior work experience, specifically in similar relevant projects, including construction of road pavement, such as WMM/DBM/BC/SDBC/BM, and may or may not include works of construction of paver block, kerb, signages, pavement markings, etc. The experience should be during the last 7 years. The required experience can be in the form of: 1. Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated amount, which is Rs. 316.59 Lacs. 2. Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated amount, which is Rs. 395.74 Lacs. 3. One similar complete work costing not less than 80% of the estimated amount, which is Rs. 633.18 Lacs. Additionally, the average annual quantity of bituminous items (DBM, BC, BM, SDBC) executed by the bidder during the last 7 years should be more than 50% of the total quantity of DBM and BC item quantity included in the tender. The bidder should provide certificates from the employer's officers of rank of 'Executive Engineer' or equivalent for individual works, indicating that the works were done under a single contract. For ongoing projects, the bidder should submit a certificate from the concerned employer's officers of the rank Executive Engineer or equivalent, stating that the work is progressing satisfactorily as per the approved work. The bidder should also provide information about all projects in progress, including those where the company has received a letter of intent but a formal contract has not yet been awarded, with details such as employer, name of work, date of award, contract price, percentage of participation of the company in the work, scheduled date of completion, and remarks. The value and percentage of similar works completed are to be provided, with specific values mentioned in the contract price and percentage of participation of the company in the work. The bidder should have experience of having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years. The bidder is required to have a Graduate Civil Engineer as Project Manager with not less than 3 years of experience in construction of similar civil engineering works. The bidder's available bid capacity will be calculated based on the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years. The bidder needs to fill in the details of years of experience as a General Contractor and Sub-Contractor. The bidder is required to attach a list of similar type of completed works and works in hand, showing the cost of the work to be completed against each, along with a Certificate from the Head of Office concerned. The Solvency Certificate of Nationalized / Schedule Bank should be for the amount equal to 20% of the estimate amount of the work plus works on hand still to be executed.
