The bidder must have experience in successfully completing or substantially completing at least one contract of similar nature of work, with a value of at least 40% of the proposed contract value, within the last seven years in the Govt. or Semi Govt. Dept. The similar nature of work refers to outdoor lighting/street lighting projects, comprising of S.I.T.C. of HPSV/MH/LED lighting, including erection and commissioning of outdoor street lighting poles, area lighting, or S.I.T.C. of high mast lighting system. The proposed contract value is Rs. 2,60,00,000, and the bidder should have completed a similar work of at least 40% of this value, which is Rs. 1,04,00,000. Substantially completed work means those work which are at least 90% completed as on the date of submission, with a gross value of work done up to the date of submission being 90% or more of the original contract price and continuing satisfactorily.
