The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having a Graduate Senior Engineer with a minimum of 05 years of experience and having executed at least one major similar work. The experience criteria are further specified as: - Three similar completed works, each work costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed works, each work costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - One similar completed work, each work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder should have experience of having a similar type of minimum 3 and maximum 5 main items in Government/Semi Government/Municipal Corporation/any other public sector as a prime contractor in tendered work during one of the last 5 years, amounting to 30% of the tendered main work quantity. The main items include providing and laying Cast in situ/Ready Mix cement concrete, Stamp Concrete, and providing and fixing FRP cover with frame, with specified quantities. The bidder should submit a separate sheet about the required main items 30% quantity executed in any one year during the last 5 years, along with a work completion certificate. The bidder is required to provide information about the works they have completed, including details such as the name of the work, type of work, and cost of work. They should also provide a list of works in hand as on the date of submission of the tender, along with the anticipated date of completion and cost of remaining work. The values and percentages of similar works completed mentioned are 40%, 50%, and 80% of the estimated cost for the respective number of similar completed works, and 30% of the tendered main work quantity for the main items.
