To determine the bid capacity required, we look at specific financial requirements. The bid capacity can be derived from conditions such as the completion of similar works with specific cost criteria, average annual turnover, and the submission of a solvency certificate with a minimum value. Given these conditions, the bid capacity required can be summarized as follows:

The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having satisfactorily completed similar works during the last seven years. The similar works are defined as works of RCC Box drains / RCC Box Culvert in Govt./Semi Govt./ PSUs / Government Undertaking / Government Companies. The bidder should have completed:
- Three similar completed works, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the relevant part (i.e., Rs. 230.29 Lakh).
- Two similar completed works, each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the relevant part (i.e., Rs. 287.87 Lakh).
- One similar completed work, each costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the relevant part (i.e., Rs. 460.58 Lakh). These values represent 40%, 50%, and 80% of the estimated cost of the relevant part, respectively. The bidder is required to provide details of the works completed, including name of work and place, cost on completion, time taken to complete the work, client name, and date of completion, along with a completion certificate from the client for each work.
