The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing similar works in the last 5 years, specifically in Signal Installation Work for Govt. / Semi Govt. organization / Urban Local Body. The bidder must have completed similar works with the following value and percentage criteria: - Three similar completed works, with each work's value not less than 40% of the estimated cost, - Or two similar completed works, with each work's value not less than 50% of the estimated cost, - Or one similar completed work, with its value not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the similar works should have been completed in the last 5 years, from 2019-20 to 2023-24. Other values and percentages mentioned include 1% of the estimated cost for the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD), 3% of the accepted tender cost for the Initial Security Deposit, and 2% of the accepted tender cost for the Further Security Deposit, as well as a threshold of Rs. 30 lacs for the application of the Bid Capacity clause.
