The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience of de-silting with CCTV system of sewer diameter 300 to 1800 mm or above of minimum 7-years with any Civic Body, and experience of drainage & storm water line desilting with CCTV system up to 1800 mm dia line minimum 5.0K.M.Length with Govt./Semi Govt. sectors. For building construction work, the bidder should have experience of similar type of work with a minimum value of single work carried out being 80% of the estimated cost put to tender, which is Rs. 3,84,00,000.00 (80% of Rs. 4,80,00,000.00). Alternatively, two works shall be of 50% of the estimated cost put to tender, which is Rs. 2,40,00,000.00, or three works carried out shall be of 40% of the estimated cost put to tender, which is Rs. 1,92,00,000.00, in the last seven years. The available bid capacity should be minimum Rs. 4.86 Crores, calculated using the formula: Available Bid Capacity = (2AN – B), where A is the maximum value of sum of all the contracts executed in any one year during last three years, B is the value of existing commitments and on-going works, and N is the number of years prescribed for completion of the works.
