The bidder is required to have prior work experience as a prime contractor or nominated sub-contractor in works of a similar nature over the last seven years. The required prior work experience includes having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years, with specific requirements such as: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost (Rs. 80 Lakh) - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost (Rs. 100 Lakh) - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost (Rs. 160 Lakh) The bidder should have completed quantities of work as a prime contractor or nominated sub-contractor in the last five years, with specific quantities mentioned for different types of work such as cement concrete, masonry, earthworks, and bituminous work. The bidder should have completed work with a value of Rs. Crore, and the work should have been completed within the stipulated period. Additionally, the total value of Electrical engineering work performed in the last Seven years is required, and the average annual financial turn over during the last 3 years ending 31st march of the Previous financial year, should be at least 30% of the estimated cost. The bidder should also have a minimum cash investment of up to 25% of the value of the work during the implementation of the contract.
