The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing similar works within the last seven years, specifically SITC of Street Lighting Poles or SITC of High mast System with related Electrical and Mechanical Works. The bidder should have completed at least one similar work order with a cost of not less than Rs.1.60 Cr (80% of the tender value), or two similar work orders with a cost of not less than Rs.1.0 Cr (50% of the tender value), or three similar work orders with a cost of not less than Rs.0.80 Cr (40% of the tender value). The work order and completion certificate from the end-user are mandatory, and the certificate should mention the quantity of Streetlight poles erected with fixtures, cables, streetlight section/ feeder pillar, along with the details of the expense done for the same. For technical evaluation, only the Capex amount will be considered. Additionally, the bidder should provide information on the magnitude of works executed along with completion/performance certificates from the owner/issuing authorities/head of department. The bidder should also provide a list of current jobs of comparable nature along with starting dates and likely completion dates with their contract values. The bidder must have experience of SITC Work of Street light poles or SITC of High mast system done within the time limit of the Work order given and work completed during the last seven years, with a specific requirement of completing one similar work order with a cost of not less than Rs.1.60 Cr. The values and percentages mentioned for similar works completed are: - Rs.1.60 Cr (80% of the tender value) for one similar work order, - Rs.1.0 Cr (50% of the tender value) for two similar work orders, - Rs.0.80 Cr (40% of the tender value) for three similar work orders. Also, the bidder should submit a Solvency Certificate from a Nationalized/Scheduled Bank of an amount of Rs. 40.00 Lac, which is 20% of the estimated cost of the tender.
