The bidder should have prior work experience of executing/repairing at least 1 (LAYING OF DRAINAGE/STORM WATER LINE/BREAKDOWN) having a contract value not less than 40% of the cost put to tender, with satisfactory operation, successfully completed or in progress. Additionally, the bidder's average annual financial turnover during the last 3 years ending 2022-23 should not be less than 75% of the cost put to tender. The bidder's average net worth should not be less than 12% of the cost put to tender as on 31 March 2023. Specifically, the required experience for personnel includes: - Construction Manager (Pipeline Works): 5 years of total experience, 2 years in similar works, and 1 year as Construction Manager of similar works. - Project Engineer (Civil): 3 years of total experience, 2 years in similar works. - Supervisor: 5 years of total experience, 2 years in similar works. The bidder should provide information on the works of similar type and magnitude carried out during the last 7 years period. The bidder should also provide details of the works in hand and works tendered for, including tendered cost, cost of work remaining to be executed, anticipated date of completion, and stipulated date and period of completion. A solvency certificate of an amount equal to 20% of the tender estimated cost is required, which should not be older than one year as on the last day of the month previous to the one in which tenders are invited.
