The required prior work experience for the bidder includes specific requirements for key personnel, such as: - Soil & Material Engineer: B.E Civil + 7 Years Exp. Or Dip. Civil + 10 Years Exp. - Survey Engineer: B.E Civil + 5 years Exp. Or Dip. Civil + 8 years Exp. For Building work, the bidder should have: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost The bidder should have achieved a minimum average financial turnover on execution of civil engineering works of not less than 50% of the proposed contract/contracts applied, during any of the year out of the last five financial years. The value of work executed shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. Substantial completions are based on 80% or more works completed under the contract. The bidder should have successfully completed or substantially completed similar works during the last five years, with specific values and percentages mentioned. The similarity of work shall be pre-defined based on physical size, complexity, methods/technology, and scope of works. The bidder should submit a certificate from the employer incorporating the name of the work, contract value, billing amount, date of commencement of works, actual date of completion of work, and satisfactory performance of the contractor.
