The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having successfully completed similar works during the last 5 years. The experience can be in the form of: * Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimate put to tender, with a value of at least Rs. 12069287.18. * Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimate put to tender, with a value of at least Rs. 15086608.975. * One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimate put to tender, with a value of at least Rs. 24138574.36. The bidder is also required to have specific personnel with certain experience, including: - Site Engineer: BE Civil with 5 years of experience - Survey Surveyor: ITI or Dip. Civil with 2 years of experience - Quality Engineer: Dip. Civil with 3 years of experience The value of such completed works will be brought to the level of the previous financial year using an escalation factor. The escalation factor varies by year, with factors ranging from 1.00 to 1.61 for the years 2023-2024 to 2018-2019, respectively.
