The specific values are as follows: - For Class I(A), the bidder should have completed a single work costing at least 1500, two works costing at least 750 each, or three works costing at least 500 each. - For Class I(B), the bidder should have completed a single work costing at least 2500, two works costing at least 750 each, or three works costing at least 400 each. - For Class I(C), the bidder should have completed a single work costing at least 1500, two works costing at least 300 each, or three works costing at least 150 each. - For Class II, the bidder should have completed a single work costing at least 750, two works costing at least 150 each, or three works costing at least 50 each. Additionally, the bidder should have successfully completed at least one contract of similar works during the last Seven (07) years. The bidder should have achieved an average annual financial turnover of 30% of the estimated cost, which is Rs. 1,68,76,112.79, in the last three financial years. The bidder should also have completed works of similar nature, with a value that can be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a compound rate of 10% per annum. The bid capacity of the prospective bidders will be calculated based on the maximum value of civil engineering works completed in any one year during the last five years, updated to the price level of the financial year in which bids are invited at a compounded rate of 10% per year. The required experience and qualifications for technical staff are specified for different cost ranges of work. For example, for cost of work more than 50 to 100 crore, the experience required is: - Project Manager: 20 years - Deputy Project Manager: 12 years - Project/Site Engineer: 5 or 10 years - Quality Engineer: 8 years - Surveyor: 8 years - Project Planning/Billing Engineer: 6 years The bidder should also have access to or have available liquid assets, unencumbered assets, lines of credit, and other financial means sufficient to meet the construction cash flow requirements for the subject contract, which is at least 15% of the cost of the work tendered for, net of the tenderer's commitment of other contracts.
