The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar completed works or currently executing three works of similar nature, each costing 30% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed works or currently executing two works of similar nature, each costing 40% of the estimated cost. - One completed work or currently executing one work of similar nature, with an aggregate value of 60% of the estimated cost. For specific works such as construction of Pumping Stations, construction works in creek/sea, or construction works with Micro-Tunneling methodology, the required prior work experience includes: - Two similar completed works or currently executing two works of similar nature, each costing 40% of the estimated cost. - One completed work or currently executing one work of similar nature, with an aggregate value of 60% of the estimated cost. The value of executed completed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing to the actual value of work at a compound rate of 10% per annum. For ongoing works to be considered, the bidder must have received payment bills of 80% of the contract sum for the work/works executed.
