The required prior work experience for the bidder includes similar experience in construction of any type of Pumping Stations & ancillary works, construction works in creek/sea, and construction works with Micro-Tunneling methodology or any other special methodology. The bidder should have completed works of similar nature, with options including: - One similar completed work or currently executing one work of similar nature of aggregate 60% of estimated cost, - Two similar completed works or currently executing two works of similar nature each costing 40% of estimated cost. Alternatively, the bidder should have satisfactorily executed work of similar nature as a prime Contractor (or as a nominated sub-Contractor) during the last seven years, with options including: - Three similar completed works or currently executing three works of similar nature, each costing 30% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed works or currently executing two works of similar nature, each costing 40% of the estimated cost. - One completed work or currently executing one work of similar nature, with an aggregate value of 60% of the estimated cost. The value of executed completed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing to actual value of work at a compound rate of 10% per annum. For ongoing works, the bidder must have received payment bills of 80% of the contract sum for the work/works executed. In terms of financial capacity, the average annual financial turnover should be equal to 30% of the estimated cost of work in the last three financial years. The turnover can be enhanced by 10% every year to bring it to the present level.
