The bidder is required to have prior work experience in similar works executed during the last 5 years. The information regarding similar works executed should include details such as the name of the work/location, agreement number and date, name of the employer, value of contract price, and total value of work executed. The bidder should have prior work experience of constructing at least one building with a minimum of G+2 floors. A performance certificate from an appropriate authority for satisfactory performance is also required. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder should provide the total value of work executed and the financial year-wise computed amount for each similar work executed during the last 5 years. The assessed available bid capacity should be ≥ Rs.576.36 lakh, calculated using the formula: Assessed Available Bid Capacity = (AxNx2-B), where A is the maximum value of works executed including GST in any one year during the last five years. A weightage of 10% per year will be given to the value of completed work in the preceding years. The annual financial turnover of the bidder should be not less than Rs.231.02 Lakh in any one financial year during the last 5 financial years, with a weightage of 10% per year given to the annual turnover of the preceding years.
