The bidder is required to have prior work experience of completing projects similar in nature to the works, with more than 40% of the project cost executed during the last 5 years. Alternatively, the bidder can meet the eligibility criteria by producing credentials of one similar work with a value of at least 40% of the reserved price put to tender, completed in the last five financial years. Other options for meeting the eligibility criteria include: - Two similar works, each with a minimum value of 30% of the reserved price put to tender. - One single running work of similar nature, which has been completed to the extent of 80% or more, with a value of not less than 40% of the reserved price put to tender. The bidder should have experience and technical acumen in Surveying, Planning, Designing, and Execution of Construction of MS / DI Pipe carrying Steel structural Bridge with supported on RCC column / Pier with adequate piles foundation at suitable interval. The bidder should provide a list of projects completed that are similar in nature to the works, along with details such as name, location, and nature of work, name of consulting engineer, original date of start and completion of work, and reasons for delay, if any. A Credential Certificate accompanied by Work Order, Price Schedule, and Payment Certificate of the respective work is required. In case of running works, the bidder should submit a certificate of satisfactory running work from the concerned Executive Engineer or equivalent competent authority.
