The bidder is required to have prior work experience in a similar nature of work. The bidder should produce credentials of a similar nature of completed work with a minimum value of 30% of the estimated amount during the last 5 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice. Alternatively, the bidder can produce credentials of 2 similar nature of completed works, each with a minimum value of 30% of the estimated amount during the last 5 years. Additionally, the bidder can also produce credentials of one single running work of a similar nature that has been completed to the extent of 80% or more, with a value not less than the desired value mentioned above. The bidder should have completed laying of rising main/conveying main/distribution line for any water supply project of minimum quantity as per the zone-wise table: Zone I - 8.30 KM, Zone III - 27.74 KM, Zone IV - 14.73 KM, Zone VI - 23.09 KM. Alternatively, the bidder should have an annual turnover of: Zone I - Rs 43.60 Lakhs, Zone III - Rs 146.40 Lakhs, Zone IV - Rs 71.60 Lakhs, Zone VI - Rs 121.20 Lakhs. The bidder should also have a valid bank solvency of: Zone I - Rs 43.60 Lakhs, Zone III - Rs 146.40 Lakhs, Zone IV - Rs 71.60 Lakhs, Zone VI - Rs 121.20 Lakhs. A successful performance and completion certificate have to be furnished, supplemented with a work order along with a tender schedule issued by the competent authority in support of credibility in terms with eligibility criteria. The percentage of similar works completed is 30% of the estimated amount, and 80% or more for a single running work of a similar nature. The amount of similar works completed should be at least 30% of the estimated amount.
