The required prior work experience for the bidder includes satisfactorily completing work of similar nature with specific requirements. The bidder should have completed work with a minimum value of 40% of the estimated amount put to tender during 5 years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice. Alternatively, the bidder can have completed 2 similar works, each with a minimum value of 30% of the estimated amount put to tender during the same period. Another option is to have one single running work of similar nature that has been completed to the extent of 80% or more, with a value not less than the desired value. The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: - Minimum value of 40% of the estimated amount put to tender - Or, 2 similar works with a minimum value of 30% of the estimated amount put to tender - Or, one single running work with a completion extent of 80% or more, and a value not less than the desired value The amount for similar works should be mentioned in 'Annex-P' in lac.
