The bid capacity required in the given tender can be related to the available financial capabilities of the bidder. According to the provided details, the bidder's available Bid capacity should not be less than 100% of the estimated amount put to tender. The formula for calculating the bid capacity can be considered as: Bid capacity = 100% of the estimated amount put to tender. Additionally, for participating in more than one work, the bid capacity is cumulative as per the specified terms. However, specific details about the formulas for calculating the bid capacity in relation to the bidder's financial capabilities, such as turnover or net worth, are not explicitly provided. But it is mentioned that the bid capacity should be sufficient to undertake the work, and the bidder should have a minimum turnover and should submit an audited balance sheet for the last five years, net worth, tender capacity, etc. to demonstrate the soundness of the tenderer's financial position. The Earnest Money and Security Deposit details are provided which can be used to determine the bid capacity.
