The required prior work experience for the bidder is that they should have completed similar nature works. The bidder needs to provide "Similar nature Work & Completion Certificates along with work order and Price schedule" issued by a competent authority. The bidder should have experience and technical acumen in similar nature of work in a single contract having a quantity of at least 30% of the total given quantity zone-wise, or a value of work not less than 30% of the estimated amount put to tender for each zone separately, during the last five years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice. Alternatively, the bidder can also demonstrate experience by showing credentials of 2 similar nature of work, each with a minimum quantity of 25% of the total given quantity zone-wise, or a value of work not less than 25% of the estimated amount put to tender for each zone separately, during the last five years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice. Another option is to have experience and technical acumen in laying of water supply pipes with supplying pipes, specials, and valves, and in a running single contract which has been completed to the extent of 75% or more, and the value of which is not less than the desired value mentioned in the first option, during the last five years prior to the date of issue of the tender notice.
