The bidder should have experience in a single contract with a quantity of at least 40% of the total given quantity zone-wise, or a value of work not less than 40% of the estimated amount put to tender for each zone separately, during the last 5 years. Alternatively, the bidder should have credentials of 2 similar nature of work, each with a minimum quantity of 30% of the total given quantity zone-wise, or a value of work not less than 30% of the estimated amount put to tender for each zone separately, during the last 5 years. Another option is having experience in laying water supply pipes with supplying pipes, specials, and valves, in a running single contract that has been completed to the extent of 80% or more. The annual turnover should be at least 30% of the estimated amount put to tender for any one year during the last 5 years, and a valid bank solvency certificate with a minimum value of 30% of the estimated amount put to tender is required. Similar nature Work & Completion Certificates along with work order and Price schedule issued by competent authority are also required.
