The bidder is required to have prior work experience of not less than 50% of the value put to tender under a single agreement in any one of the preceding three years. They should have satisfactorily completed Building work(s) with a value of not less than 50% of the value put to tender. The bidder should also have an annual minimum financial turnover of not less than 100% of the value put to tender in any one of the proceeding three years. Additionally, the bidder should have executed all projects combined during the last 5 Years for specific items such as earth work excavation, RCC / PCC, steel fabrication, and shuttering. They should also have key personnel with specific experience, including a Project Engineer with 8 to 10 years of experience and a Site Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience. The value of work as per agreement and bill value are to be provided in Indian Rupees (Rs.), but a specific amount is not mentioned. The bidder should have been in the Civil Engineering Construction field for at least five years and should submit the audited balance sheet for the last five years. The bidder is also expected to complete a minimum of one-third of the value of work by the end of the 3rd month and complete the work in all respects by the end of the 6th month. If there is a default in meeting these deadlines, liquidated damages of 0.1% of the unfinished value of work will be levied per day till completion.
