The required prior work experience for the bidder includes 10 years of experience in Construction of Civil works/Road works for a Site Engineer with a BE (Civil) degree, and 5 years of experience in Civil Construction works/Road works for a Site Supervisor with a Diploma (Civil). The bidder should have satisfactorily completed a B.T Road works of similar nature in their own name as a prime contractor in a single agreement for a value of not less than Rs. 423 Lakhs, which is 50% of the value of work put to tender, in any one year of the preceding five years from 2017-18 to 2021-2022. Additionally, the bidder should have completed works of similar nature with a value of not less than 50% of the value put to tender under a single agreement in any one of the preceding three years. The bidder should also have achieved an annual financial turn over equivalent to 100% of the value of work put to tender in any one of the preceding five years. The bidder should have working capital sufficient to finance at least 15% of the value put to tender. The bidder should have been in the Civil Engineering construction field for at least the past five years and should have proof of having an annual minimum financial turnover of not less than 50% of the Estimate Amount in a financial year in the preceding five years. The bidder should also have satisfactorily completed BT or BT and Paver Block road Work(s) of not less than 50% of the value put to tender under a “Single Agreement” in any one of the preceding three years for Government Department/ Board/ Government Undertaking.
