The bid capacity required in the given tender to bid having value and formulas are as follows: 1. Annual minimum financial turnover of not less than 100% of the value put to tender in any one of the preceding three years. 2. Satisfactorily completed BT Road work(s) of not less than 50% of the value put to tender under a single agreement in any one of the preceding three years. 3. Working capital sufficient to finance at least 15% of the value put to tender, calculated by adding the amount available in the bank account of the applicant on the date of submission of application and the unutilized amount of overdraft/credit facility extended to the applicant by the Nationalized/Scheduled banks. Formulas: - Working capital = Amount available in bank account + Unutilized amount of overdraft/credit facility - Minimum annual turnover = 100% of the value put to tender - Minimum work experience = 50% of the value put to tender under a single agreement in any one of the preceding three years. Alternatively, the formulas can also be represented as: 1. Minimum Annual Turnover: ≥ 1 * TV 2. Working Capital: ≥ 0.15 * TV 3. Similar Work Experience Value: ≥ 0.5 * TV Where TV represents the tender value.
