The bidder is required to have prior work experience of building works, UGSS internal plumbing works of not less than 50% of the value put to tender under a single agreement in any one of the preceding five years for a government department/board/government undertaking. The bidder should have at least 5 years of experience in Sewerage works or related fields. Additionally, the bidder should have satisfactorily completed Building works or Sewerage works/Water Supply works of not less than 50% of the value put to tender under a single agreement in any one of the preceding past 5 years for Government Department/Board/Government Undertaking. The value of similar works completed should be at least 50% of the tender value. The annual minimum financial turnover of the bidder should be not less than 50% of the value put to tender in a financial year in the preceding last 5 years. The bidder should also have working capital sufficient to finance at least 15% of the value put to tender.
