The bidder should have at least 3 years of experience in the civil engineering construction field. They should have completed a civil work of similar nature with a value of not less than Rs 155.00 Lakhs, which is equivalent to 25% of the value of work put to tender, in any one year of the preceding three years from 2021-22 to 2023-24. Additionally, they should have achieved an annual financial turnover of Rs 217.00 Lakhs, which is equivalent to 35% of the value of work put to tender, in any one of the preceding 3 years. The bidder should also have satisfactorily completed a civil works of similar nature in their own name as a prime contractor or Joint venture / Sub contractor in a single agreement for a value of not less than Rs 155.00 Lakhs, which is 25% of the value of work put to tender, in any one year of the preceding Three years from 2021-22 to 2023-24. Key personnel required for the project include a Site Engineer with not less than 10 years of experience and Site Supervisors with not less than 5 years of experience.
