The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing similar works during the last five years. The similar work is defined as works involving provision of skilled manpower for Metro Railways/ Railways/ Mono Railways/ in Government Departments/ Public Sector Units. The bidder should have completed at least one similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of the tendered work, which is ₹4,21,00,467/- including taxes. Alternatively, the bidder should have completed at least two similar works each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of the tendered work, which is ₹2,63,12,792/- including taxes. Another alternative is that the bidder should have completed at least three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of the tendered work, which is ₹2,10,50,234/- including taxes. The bidder needs to provide information on the "Maximum of Values of works carried out in above five (5) financial years in Rs" and attach certificates from clients for the works carried out, which should be signed by an authorized person not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent. The bidder is also required to provide details of similar experience, including contract nature of work, contract identification, award date, completion date, contract value, employer's name, and employer's address, along with a certificate from the client stating that the work was satisfactorily completed. The contract value should be stated in the currency as stated in the client's certificate, and also in equivalent INR as on the date of tender submission price level. The bidder needs to provide the completed part of the contract value, quantum of similar work, and performance certificate, duly substantiated with a client certificate. The percentages of similar works completed mentioned are 80%, 50%, and 40%, with corresponding amounts of ₹4,21,00,467/-, ₹2,63,12,792/-, and ₹2,10,50,234/- respectively.
