Title: Framework Agreement For Project And Process Management For Ror-ikt description: The Contracting Authority Would Like Assistance With Project Management/process Management For Both Small, Medium Sized And Complex It Projects. The Tenderer ́s Specialists Must Be Well Suited To Assist In Guiding, Managing, Supporting Or Strengthening Activity Critical Programme And Project Initiatives. This Includes It Support Against The Entities' Development Projects. The Contracting Authority Therefore Needs Access To A Group Of Three Project Managers. See The Tender Documentation And Annexes For A Complete Description Of The Procurement. From The Need For Project Management Is Registered, And Until The Project Manager Can Start The Assignment, No More Than 1 Week (response Time) Shall Take Place. If There Is A Need For Physical Attendance At Ror-ict In A Project Period, The Response Time Should Not Exceed 3 Days. The Assistance Can Include Both Project Management And Other Relevant Project Participation In Ict/digitalisation Related Projects. The Assignments/assistance Can Be Of Varying Scope, From Smaller Assignments To Longer Lasting And Larger Projects That Run For A Longer Period. Ror-ikt Uses Digdir's Recommended Project Model, The Project Wizard For The Public Sector, Which Is Based On Prince2 And Prince2 Agil.
