The values and percentages mentioned for similar works completed include: - 30% of the advertised value of the tender for three similar works - 40% of the advertised value of the tender for two similar works - 60% of the advertised value of the tender for one similar work - 35% of the value of the work to be subletted for subcontractors - Rs 50 lakh as the threshold for subletting work that requires no prior experience - 90% of the present contract value for substantially completed work - Rs 500 crore as the average annual turnover for a Public listed company - 60 days as the time limit for issuing the credential certificate before the date of invitation of the present tender - 07 years as the time frame for considering completed work - 3 financial years for calculating the average annual turnover of a Public listed company.
