The City Government Of Oroquieta, Through The Ocm – (economic Services) – Tourism Development Program – Other Related Activities (fiesta Activities) – Omoe (annual Budget & Supplemental Budget No. 2 Cy 2024) Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Fifty-six Thousand Five Hundred Forty Pesos Only (p 1,056,540.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For One Job Order – Catering Services Of Meals And Snacks For Various Activities For The City Fiesta Celebration Cy 2024 With Pr No. 100-09-24-02421. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Oroquieta Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Please Indicate Brand. Delivery Of Goods Is Required At The Scheduled Activity Dates. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years Prior To The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Single Contract That Is Similar To This Project, Equivalent To At Least Twenty Five Percent (25%) Of The Abc Or Should Have Completed At Least Two (2) Similar Contracts Which Aggregate Contract Amounts Should Be Equivalent To At Least The Percentage Of The Abc As Required Above; And The Largest Of These Similar Contracts Must Be Equivalent To At Least Half Of The Percentage Of The Abc, As Required Above. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instruction To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
