The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having completed similar works with specific values and percentages. The bidder should have completed at least one similar work of value equal to or not less than Rs. 279.68 Lakh, which is 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. Additionally, the bidder should have completed two similar works each of value not less than Rs. 174.80 Lakh, which is 25% of the estimated cost put to tender. Alternatively, the bidder should have completed three similar works each of value not less than Rs. 139.84 Lakh, which is 20% of the estimated cost put to tender. The value of completed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a compound rate of 10% per annum. The bidder should have substantially completed 90% of the value of works of similar nature in the last Five (5) years, with agreements executed from the financial year 2019-20 onwards being considered for similar nature of works.
