This Tender Shall Be Offered In Two 2 Options: Basic Tender Option 1 Lump Sum Contract For Pre Contract Services For Rehabilitation Of Five Heritage Buildings At Ministry Of Health Manama This Includes Consultancy Services For Documentation, Preparation Of As Built Drawings, Studying The Structure Integrity And The Original Materials For Structures And Finishes And Preparation Of Proposed Detailed Architectural, Civil Electrical Mechanical, Interior Rehabilitation Drawings For The General Repair Works Refurbishment Of Existing Buildings. Alternative Tender Option 2 Lump Sum Contract For Pre-and Post Contract Services For Rehabilitation Of Five Heritage Buildings At Ministry Of Health Manama This Includes The Basic Tender In Addition To Consultancy Services For The Supervision Of The Project During The Implementation Stages Up To The Defect Liability Period.
