The Procurement For The Construction Of Five (5) Units Municipal Police Station Type B/c With Covered Roofdeck, Five (5) Units Municipal Fire Station, And One (1) Unit Two (2) Storey Municipal Hall Building And Which Are Required To Complete Within The Specified Calendar Days Duration From Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids For A Contract Similar To These Projects. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. Bidders May Participate For Any One Or More Lots (lot 1 To Lot 8). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
