The Abc Is Broken Down As Follows: Lot No. Name Of Project Abc 1 Supply And Delivery Of Emergency Go Bags And Various Emergency Supplies To Maguindanao, Lanao Del Sur A (lsa), Lanao Del Sur B (lsb), Special Goegraphic Areas (sga), Marawi City And Cotabato City Php 28,800,000.00 2 Supply And Delivery Of Emergency Go Bags And Various Emergency Supplies To Basilan, Sulu And Tawi-tawi Php 19,200,000.00 Total Php 48,000,000.00 Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Ministry Of Social Services And Development-barmm, Through The Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Now Invites Bids For The Goods And Services Contemplated In This Project And As Detailed In The Schedule Of Requirements And The Table Of Technical Specifications Indicated In The Bidding Documents. Expected Completion Of Delivery Of The Goods Is Within Sixty (60) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed (ntp). Prospective Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years Immediately Preceding The Deadline For The Submission Of Bids, Single Largest Completed Contract (slcc) Similar To The Contract To Be Bid And The Value Of Which, Adjusted, If Necessary, By The Bidder To Current Prices Using The Philippine Statistics Authority (psa) Consumer Price Index, Must Be At Least Twenty-five Percent (25%) Of The Abc Per Lot To Be Bid.
