The Ministry Of Social Services And Development-barmm Through The General Appropriations Act For The Bangsamoro (gaab) Fy 2025, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Thirty-two Million Four Hundred One Thousand Five Hundred Ninety-seven Pesos And 27/100 (php 32,401,597.27) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Security Services For Mssd-barmm Fy 2025. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Ministry Of Social Services And Development-barmm, Through The Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project And As Detailed In The Schedule Of Requirements And The Table Of Technical Specifications Indicated In The Bidding Documents. Prospective Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years Immediately Preceding The Deadline For The Submission Of Bids, Single Largest Completed Contract (slcc) Similar To The Contract To Be Bid And The Value Of Which, Adjusted, If Necessary, By The Bidder To Current Prices Using The Philippine Statistics Authority (psa) Consumer Price Index, Must Be At Least Fifty Percent (50%) Of The Abc To Be Bid.
