The Ministry Of Social Services And Development-barmm, Through The General Appropriations Act For The Bangsamoro 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Pesos (php 2,750,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Siphoning / Desludging Of 800 Cubic Meters Located At Permanent And Transitory Shelters In Marawi City Fy 2024 (re-bid). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. Expected Completion Of Delivery Of The Goods/services Is Within Sixty (60) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed (ntp). Prospective Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years Immediately Preceding The Deadline For The Submission Of Bids, Single Largest Completed Contract (slcc) Similar To The Contract To Be Bid And The Value Of Which, Adjusted, If Necessary, By The Bidder To Current Prices Using The Philippine Statistics Authority (psa) Consumer Price Index, Must Be At Least Twenty-five (25%) Of The Abc To Be Bid.
