The eligibility requirements mentioned are: 1. Experience Criteria: - The bidder should have executed a project for supply and installation/commissioning of same or similar Category Products during the preceding 3 financial years, with specific order values such as a single order of at least 35% of estimated bid value, two orders of at least 20% each of estimated bid value, or three orders of at least 15% each of estimated bid value. - The Bidder or its OEM should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU for a number of Financial years. 2. Past Performance: - Satisfactory Performance certificate issued by the respective Buyer Organization for the above Orders. - The Bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 40% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. The values and percentages mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: - 35% of estimated bid value for single order - 20% of estimated bid value for two orders - 15% of estimated bid value for three orders - 40% of bid quantity for past performance - 50% local content for Class 1 local supplier - 20% local content for Class 2 local supplier - 15% margin of purchase preference/price band for MSE Seller - 25% percentage of total quantity for contract award to MSE Seller Technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender includes: - Certified Audited Balance Sheets - Certificate from Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant indicating turnover details - Copies of relevant contracts to support experience and past performance criteria - Certificate from the OEM regarding the percentage of the local content and the details of locations at which the local value addition is made - Declaration relating to percentage of local content shall be certified by the statutory auditor or cost auditor - Udyam Registration and validation of credentials through Udyam Registration portal for Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs) - Statutory Clearances required (if any) - Execution certificate by the client with contract value - Contract copy along with Invoice(s) with self-certification by the bidder that service/supplies against the invoices have been executed - Any other document in support of contract execution like Third Party Inspection release note, etc.
