Civil Engineering (or) Equivalent degree holder with 1 year experience in similar works. - The tenderer should have working capital sufficient to finance one month of the current activity for the work being qualified. - The tenderer should demonstrate that they have adequate financial resources (Over draft/credit limit certificate to be obtained from bank) sufficient to sustain the contract cash flow for one month at the peak construction period. - The period of contract is 8 months. - Net cash is equal to cash at Bank plus debtors minus creditors. - Audited financial statements consisting of profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and details about turnover from Civil Engineering works for preceding five years. - Details of current work in progress, including value of current outstanding payables. - Calculation for current bid capacity. - Earnest Money Deposit of Rs.3,65,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Sixty Five Thousand Only).For projects valued: - Above Rs. 100.00 Crore but up to Rs. 200.00 Crore, the experience required is three B.E Degree Holders in Civil Engineering with one year experience in similar works and six Diploma Holders in Civil Engineering with five years’ experience in similar works. - Above Rs. 200.00 Crore, the experience required is four B.E Degree Holders in Civil Engineering with one year experience in similar works and eight Diploma Holders in Civil Engineering with five years’ experience in similar works. - For projects valued above Rs.2.00 Crore up to Rs.10.00 Crore: One B.E Degree Holder in Civil Engineering with one-year experience in similar works and one Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering with five years’ experience in similar works. - For projects valued above Rs.10.00 Crore up to Rs.50.00 Crore: One B.E Degree Holder in Civil Engineering with one year experience in similar works and two Diploma Holders in Civil Engineering with five years’ experience in similar works. - For projects valued above Rs.50.00 Crore up to Rs.100.00 Crore: Two B.E Degree Holders in Civil Engineering with one year experience in similar works and four Diploma Holders in Civil Engineering with five years’ experience in similar works.
