The important information related to prior work experience under the technical capacity header includes: * The Bidder shall have received payments for construction of Eligible Project(s) or has undertaken construction works by itself in a PPP project, such that the sum total thereof is more than Rs.39.95 crore. * For normal Highway projects, at least one similar work of 20% of Estimated Project Cost Rs. 90.57 crore shall have been completed from the Eligible Projects. * For Major Bridge/ROB/Flyover/Tunnel projects, the sole Bidder or any member of Joint Venture shall have completed at least one similar Major Bridge/ROB/Flyover/Tunnel project in the last 10 financial years, having span equal to or greater than 50% of the longest span or 100 m, whichever is less of the structure proposed in this project, and also the cost of such similar project shall be at least 20% of the Estimated Project Cost Rs. 90.57 crore. * In case of tunnel projects, the Bidder shall have completed at least one similar tunnel project in the last 10 financial years, having length equal to or greater than 50% of the cross-sectional area of proposed tunnel or two lane highway tunnel cross-sectional area, whichever is less, and 20% length of the tunnel to be constructed in this project or 2 km, whichever is less. * For Stand-alone specialized projects, such as Major Bridges/ROB/Flyovers, the Bidder shall have completed at least one similar Major Bridge/ROB/Flyover project in the last 10 financial years, having span equal to or greater than 50% of the longest span or 100 m, whichever is less of the structure proposed in this project, and also the cost of such similar project shall be at least 20% of the Estimated Project Cost Rs. 90.57 crore. * A member must have at least 20% of the threshold technical capacity. * For Major Bridges/ROB/Flyovers projects with a cost less than or equal to Rs. 1,000 Cr, the Bidder shall have completed at least one similar project in the last 10 financial years, with a span equal to or greater than 50% of the longest span or 100 m, and a cost of at least 20% of the Estimated Project Cost. * For Major Bridges/ROB/Flyovers projects with a cost more than Rs. 1,000 Cr, the Bidder shall have completed at least one similar project in the last 7 financial years, with a span equal to or greater than 50% of the longest span or 100 m, and a cost of at least 25% of the Estimated Project Cost or Rs. 1000 Cr, whichever is less. * For tunnel projects, the Bidder shall have completed at least one similar tunnel project in the last 5 financial years, with a cross-sectional area of at least 50% and a length of at least 25% of the tunnel to be constructed, and a cost of at least 25% of the Estimated Project Cost.Similar work or eligible projects mentioned include: - Widening / reconstruction/ up-gradation works on NH/SH/Expressway or on any category of road - Widening / reconstruction/up-gradation works on MDRs - Widening/ reconstruction/ upgradation of roads in Municipal Corporation limits, construction of bypasses - Construction of stand-alone bridges, ROBs, tunnels - Construction / reconstruction of linear projects like airport runways, railways, metro rail and ports - Construction of elevated corridors, development of NH-147, and replacement of existing level crossings. - Major Bridges/ROB/Flyovers projects - Tunnel project - Project in highways sector - Project in core sector - Construction in highways sector - Construction in core sector Values mentioned: - Length of the elevated corridor: 4.030 km - Estimated Project Cost: Rs. 90.57 crore - Payment for construction of Eligible Project(s): more than Rs.39.95 crore - Average Annual Turnover: Rs.7.99 crore for the last 5 financial years - Similar work for normal Highway projects: at least 20% of Estimated Project Cost, i.e., Rs.2.66 crore or Rs.10.65 Crore (for Joint Venture) - Bonus received and Value of Civil Engineering Works: to be filled in by the bidder - Updation Factor: 1.00 to 1.20 - Total estimated capital cost of the project and Percentage of equity: to be filled in by the bidder - Cost of the specialized project: less than or equal to Rs. 1,000 Cr or more than Rs. 1,000 Cr - Cost of similar Major Bridge/ROB/Flyover project: at least 20% of the Estimated Project Cost (Rs. 90.57 crore) or at least 25% of the Estimated Project Cost or Rs. 1000 Cr, whichever is less - Cost of similar tunnel project: at least 25% of the Estimated Project Cost.
