The Bidder should furnish the details of Eligible Experience for the last 5 financial years immediately preceding the Bid Due Date. 2. Experience for any activity relating to an Eligible Project shall not be claimed twice. 3. For a project to qualify as an Eligible Project under Category 3, the Bidder should have received payments from its client(s) for construction/maintenance works executed, fully or partially, or work executed and certified by the Engineer-in-charge/Independent Engineer/Authority's Engineer during the 5 financial years immediately preceding the Bid Due Date. 4. The amounts (gross) actually received/work executed during such 5 financial years shall qualify for purposes of computing the Experience Score, but receipts of or work executed amount less than 5% of Bid Value shall not be reckoned as receipts for Eligible Projects. 5. The Bidder shall quote experience in respect of a particular Eligible Project under any one category only, even though the Bidder (either individually or along with a member of the Joint Venture) may have played multiple roles in the cited project. 6. Double counting for a particular Eligible Project shall not be permitted in any form. 7. Experience for any activity relating to an Eligible Project shall not be claimed by two or more Members of the Joint Venture. 8. In case of an Eligible Project situated in an OECD country, the Experience Score so arrived at shall be further multiplied by 0.5. 9. For a project to qualify as an Eligible Project under Category 1, the entity claiming experience should have held a minimum of 26% equity in the company owning the Eligible Project during the entire year for which Eligible Experience is being claimed. 10. The entity claiming experience shall, during the last 5 financial years preceding the Bid Due Date, have itself undertaken the construction/maintenance of the project for an amount equal to at least one half of the Project Cost of eligible projects. 11. At least one similar work of 20% of Estimated Project Cost shall have been completed from the Eligible Projects in Category 1 and/or Category 3. 12. For 4 lane or above configurations projects, experience of the Eligible Projects in Category 1 and/or Category 3 shall be of 2 lane or more. 13. The Bidder shall have a minimum Average Annual Turnover (updated to the price level of the year) of 15% of tendered/Bid value for the last 5 financial years. 14. A table is provided to calculate the value of "A" and "C" which includes: - Value of Civil Engineering Works in respect of EPC Projects undertaken by the Bidder during the last 5 years. - Amount of bonus received, if any, in EPC Projects during the last 5 years (updated to the price level of the year). 15. Maintenance works are considered as eligible projects for evaluation under Technical capacity, including works with nomenclature like IRQP, PR, OR, FDR, SR, site/micro grading, surface renewal, resurfacing work, Tarring, B.T. surface work, temporary restoration, urgent works, periodic maintenance, repair & rehabilitation, one time maintenance, permanent protection work of bank, short term/long term OMT contract, and any performance-based maintenance contract. Values and percentages mentioned include: - 5% of Bid Value - 26% equity - 20% of Estimated Project Cost - 15% of tendered/Bid value - 2 lane or more - 90% of the value of work - 0.5 multiplication factor for OECD countries - 1 half of the Project Cost of eligible projects - 5 financial yearsSimilar work or eligible projects given in technical capacity experience include: - At least one similar work of 20% of Estimated Project Cost in Category 1 and/or Category 3. - Eligible Projects in Categories 1, 2, 3, and 4 with estimated capital cost or payments received exceeding the specified amounts. - Eligible Projects with Experience Score more than the specified amount. - Eligible Projects with a conversion rate of USD into Rupees as per the Reserve Bank of India's daily representative exchange rates. - Eligible Projects situated in an OECD country with Experience Score multiplied by 0.5. - The completed value of work should be more than 90% of the value of work and equal to or more than 20% of the tendered / Bid value. - For 4 lane or above configurations projects, experience of the Eligible Projects in Category 1 and/or Category 3 shall be of 2 lane or more. - For projects with lane configuration upto 2 lane with paved shoulder, all experience of the Eligible Projects in Category 1 and/or Category 3 shall be considered irrespective of lane configurations. Values like amount and percentage mentioned include: - 20% of Estimated Project Cost - 90% of the value of work - 20% of the tendered / Bid value - 5% of Bid Value as the threshold for receipts or work executed amount to qualify for Eligible Projects - 60% requirement of Bid Capacity, Technical and Financial Capacity to be met by the Lead Member of a Joint Venture - 20% requirement of Bid Capacity, Technical and Financial Capacity to be met by each of the other JV members individually - 100% requirement to be cumulatively/collectively fulfilled by the Joint Venture.
