The required prior work experience for the bidder is 5 years of providing similar type of services to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. The bidder must have successfully executed/completed similar services over the last three years, with specific conditions: 1. Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost; 2. Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost; 3. One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The estimated bid value is 40000000. Additionally, the bidder needs to meet the minimum average annual turnover of 160 Lakh for the last 3 years. However, Micro or Small Enterprises are exempt from the experience and turnover criteria. The bidder should have experience in the Energy/Power sector, past work with BEE, and handling content in at least 20 regional languages. The bidder should submit a portfolio of previous work showcasing this experience and 5 scripts in Hindi language. The ePBG Percentage is 3.00%, the duration of ePBG required is 2 months, and the EMD Amount is 500000.
