The Eligibility requirements given in the tender are: 1. Experience Criteria: The bidder should have supplied the tendered machine/or similar type & capacity machine of at least 3 times of the quantity indicated in the “Schedule of Requirements” in India during the last three years ending on 31.03.2024. 2. Past Performance: The bidder should have at least 1 (one) machine in successful operation for the last one year ending on 31.03.2024, with a past performance percentage of 80%. The values and percentages mentioned for these Eligibility requirements are: - 3 times of the quantity indicated in the “Schedule of Requirements” - 80% of past performance - At least one machine in successful operation - Last three years ending on 31.03.2024 - Last one year ending on 31.03.2024 The technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender is: 1. Performance certificate duly signed and sealed from the authorized signatory of the user. 2. OEM Authorization Certificate (if the bidder is not a manufacturer). 3. Compliance of BoQ specification and supporting document.
