The Objective Of The Assignment Is To Provide All Key Stakeholders Including Frontline Beneficiaries Of Project Interventions With An Independent Assessment Of The Effectiveness Of The Environment And Social Safeguards System Put In Place To Govern The Implementation Of Gscsp Activities Undertaken In Fy2023. Interested Firms Must Provide Information Indicating That They Are Qualified To Perform The Services (description Of Similar Assignments, Experience In Similar Conditions, Availability Of Appropriate Skills Among Staff, Etc.). The Details Of The Scope Of Services Are Included In The Terms Of Reference For The Assignment For Interested Consulting Firms To Access Before They Submit Their Eois. In Order To Be Shortlisted, The Expression Of Interest (eoi) Shall Specifically Address, As Much As Possible, The Requirements Set Forth As Follows: (i) Consulting Firm Should Be Legally Registered And In Good Standing (ii) Ten (10) Years Relevant Experience In Ess Compliance Audit. (iii)demonstrate Evidence Of Organizational Capability And Five (5) Years Relevant Experience In The Execution Of Assignments Involving Ess Compliance Audit In District Assemblies / Other Mmdas (iv) Five (5) Years’ Experience In Similar Or Related Assignments For Donor-funded Programs/projects Such Sea, Eia And (v) Competency Of Proposed Key Staff (no Cvs At This Stage).
