The Ministry Of Labor And Employment (mole) – Bangsamoro Autonomous Region In Muslim Mindanao (barmm) Through The Fy 2023 Bangsamoro Appropriation Act Intends To Procure One (1) Transportation Equipment (passenger Van) With The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Of One Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (p1,800,000.00). 2. The Mole-barmm, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Now Invites Technically, Legally, And Financially Capable Suppliers For The Said Transportation Equipment. 3. The Procurement Procedure For This Requirement Is Negotiated Procurement Pursuant To Section 53.1 Of The Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (r.a.) No. 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”, Including Annex H Thereof. The Bac Will Engage In Negotiations With A Sufficient Number Of Suppliers To Ensure Effective Competition.
