Description Invitation To Bid For Procurement Of Office Supplies And Consumables For Special Geographic Area Field (sga) Under Ib No. 2024-08-01135 1. The Ministry Of Health, (moh) Through The General Appropriation Act Of The Bangsamoro (gaab) Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Twenty-six Thousand, Seven Hundred Sixty-five Pesos Only (php 1,026,765.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Office Supplies And Consumables For Special Geographic Area-field (sga) Under Ib No 2024-08-01135. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Ministry Of Health, (moh) Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Period Specified Under Section Vi. Schedule Of Requirements. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. Equivalent To At Least Twenty Five (25%) Of The Abc The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non Discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4. Prospective Bidders May Obtain Further Information From Ministry Of Health, (moh) Procurement Office, Cotabato City, And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Below During 8:30 Am – 5:00 Pm.
