The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: 1. Number of years of relevant experience: 5 years in PMC services. 2. Past experience of services of similar nature, such as Consultancy services including civil, electrical, HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, erection & commissioning of centralized AC plant, large sub-stations, captive power generation, interior works for Govt./ Semi-Govt./reputed Corporate Clients. 3. Past experience in carrying out services in Embassy of India, Ulaanbaatar. The bidder should have rendered Project Management Consultancy services for at least one project of cost equivalent of USD 8,400,000 OR two projects of cost equivalent of USD 6,300,000 OR three projects of cost equivalent of USD 4,200,000. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the evaluation criteria for past experience include achieving eligibility criteria and twice the eligibility criteria, with a weightage of 10 marks. The evaluation will be based on the following criteria: - 60% of maximum possible marks if eligibility criteria are achieved - 100% of maximum possible marks if twice the eligibility criteria are achieved - In between (i) & (ii) - on a pro-rata basis The minimum turnover in terms of consultancy fee only, with an average of the previous 5 financial years' turnover, shall be counted.
