The required prior work experience for the bidder is 3 years. The bidder should have experience in providing similar services, with valid proof of meeting the experience criteria. The experience requirements include: - Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost, which is 175491387. - Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder should have executed at least one single work order of minimum 200 manpower supply successfully completed during the last 3 years. The minimum average annual turnover of the bidder for 3 years should be 520 Lakh, which is equivalent to Rs. 5.20 Crores. The bidder should also have at least 40% of the required manpower on their payroll for at least one year. Furthermore, the bidder should own 30% of the bid quantity of vehicles in their name or in the name of the proprietor/partner of the bidder.
