The Subject Of This Framework Contract Is For The Supply And Delivery Of Tile Fix Glue For The Ministry For Gozo And Planning. The Place Of Acceptance Of The Supplies Shall Be The Ministry For Gozo And Planning General Stores, Sannat Road, Xewkija, Gozo, The Time-limits For The Execution Of The Contract Shall Run For A Period Of Two (2) Years From The Date Of The Letter Of Acceptance Or Until The Maximum Contract Value Is Exhausted Whichever Is The Earlier And Is To Be Used As And When Required. The First Consigment Ordered Must Be Delivered Within Three (3) Weeks From The Date Of The First Official Order. Following This Initial Order, The Contractor Should Be Able To Make Delivery And Unload The Supplies As Requested By The Contracting Authority Within Two (2) Weeks From The Date Of Requisition Of Each Order. Orders Will Be Placed By The Contracting Authority On An As-needed Basis, And The Applicable Incoterm 2020 Will Be Delivery Duty Paid (ddp).
