Tenders are invited for Recruitment of a firm/local research organization for the technical implementation of the malaria matchbox survey of the national malaria control program The services covered by this Call for Tenders consist in particular of: • Conduct a critical analysis of strategic documents (PSNLP 2019-2023 and NFM3) to identify barriers to accessing essential malaria services; • Assess and document the level of consideration of community rights and gender issues in said documents; • Gather the opinions of beneficiaries, implementing actors and stakeholders; • Assess the degree of satisfaction of the beneficiaries with regard to access to care and the quality of the services offered; • Identify the main factors that can influence the population%s use of the services offered in the context of the fight against malaria; • Collect suggestions and recommendations from the various stakeholders with a view to improving the scope and quality of interventions in the fight against malaria.
